One of my favorite features in Pardot is the Engagement Studio.
While it is thought of most often as a tool to build email drip campaigns, it can do so much more.
Since Pardot does not naturally enforce a ceiling for Prospect Score, if not managed, prospect scores can balloon into the thousands. At that point the score loses its meaning and value.
