Hi – My Name is Nathalie, and I am one of Salesforce’s 2020 Marketing Champions. Most people I work with know that I am certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. What they don’t realize is that as a Salesforce Marketing Consultant, I work in Salesforce’s B2B Marketing tool Pardot as well.

This blog is my way to give back and share what I have learned, as well as to catalog some of the great solutions from other Pardot users.

I will admit, I have not spent as much time in Pardot as I have in Pardot, which is why I have partnered with some of the other Marketing Champions to create a wealth of information. It is always easier to learn something if you have a resource you can tap into when needed. I know I struggled shifting from B2C to B2B, so if you are new to it or are like me and bounce back and forth, have no fear. I know some of the first topics that came up were Pardot 101 – Intro to all things B2B and a series of posts with our sistersite SFMCGeeks.com on the differences between the two systems.

The best resource I have found, through out my marketing career has been that of other admins, analysts, marketers and technical developers that do what I do. (Or do what I am trying to do). So expect lots of tutorials, best practices, tips and of course tricks.

If you are an admin and would like to add your knowledge to this project, please let me know.  The more the better.

If you are struggling with Salesforce Pardot, or have questions about Marketing Operations & Email Marketing, and can’t find an answer here – Please feel free to reach out to me. I and my collaborators are happy to help in any way we can.

  1. Hi Nathlie, glad I found this blog. I will be doing my first pardot implementation in coming weeks and am trying to gather as much information as I can.
I would love to connect regarding some other use case related questions. Let me know, if it’s possible for you or someone from your team.
    Thank you.

    1. Best of luck with your implementation. Feel free to submit your use case questions to the contact us page and I will see if one of our contributors can address it in one of their upcoming topics.
